Client Services Administrator

Salary – £16,000-£17,000 Dependant on experience
Hours of work – 8.45am – 5.15 Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement – 25 days per annum (Plus Bank Holidays) Pro-rata
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for producing a variety of campaign reports, able to do analyse MI and problem solve on the back of reports
Highlights performance developments to Client Services Manager and Operations Team,
Looks for treads from the campaign reports, highlighting areas of improvements in achieving campaign targets
Working with the Client Services Manager to set up and maintain campaigns
Ensuring they are planning their day and workloads to meet deadlines
Is active on the floor and building relationships with the Operations Team
Is proactive and doesn’t wait to speak to the Client Services Manager before dealing with different departments
Administrative and report writing experience – Ideally minimum of 6 months + and within a call centre
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and builds relationships
Ability to adapt to change management quickly and positively
Demonstrates computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Experience of working to/with SLA’s

Whilst staying at the Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons recently for our wedding anniversary, my husband and myself were fortunate enough to meet Raymond Blanc at the breakfast table.  My husband asked him about the main focus of his days from a time perspective and whether that consisted of work within Le Manoir , or otherwise.  He said that he could never lose focus on the hotel and the quality of service that we enjoyed when we stayed there “didn’t happen overnight” and training was an ongoing function to “ keep the heart of the hotel”.
