You will need:
To be hardworking with a desire to learn
Excellent telephone manner
Competent keyboard and IT input skills
Drive, enthusiasm, determination and an ability to overcome objections in your telemarketing career
A proactive, “can-do” attitude
Previous telemarketing / call centre experience is beneficial
Contact decision makers on the telephone from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns
Communicate the client’s product/service achieving the desired result
Accurately edit in-house databases
Achieve daily targets
