We’re currently recruiting for outbound telemarketing and telesales agents.
Effective communication is critical to our business success. That’s why we need agents who can comfortably and easily communicate with business people at all levels.
We need candidates that are hardworking, can demonstrate a desire to succeed and are not afraid of taking on new challenges. Telemarketing is about listening just as much as talking. Building a rapport on the telephone in just 30 seconds is often the key to success.
You will need:
- To be hardworking with a desire to learn
- Excellent telephone manner
- Competent keyboard and IT input skills
- Drive, enthusiasm, determination and an ability to overcome objections
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Previous telemarketing / call centre experience is beneficial
- Contact decision makers on the telephone from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns
- Communicate the client’s product/service achieving the desired result
- Accurately edit in-house databases
- Achieve daily targets
