Account Management
Every project we undertake on your behalf is tailor-made to achieve specific business goals. We manage your campaign from inception to completion, assigning a dedicated Account Management team to work with you in developing telemarketing scripts, identifying the key messages and objectives of your campaign, and agreeing the results you wish to achieve from it.
The Account Management team is typically comprised of skilled personnel from the Call Centre, IT, and Training departments. The team is led by an Account Manager, giving you a single point-of-contact through every stage of the campaign.
Each campaign follows six main steps:

- A full understanding of the campaign objectives and proposed outcome of the activity is established

- Where data is being supplied a data count is produced for discussion and final selection

- The telemarketing strategy is then established, the script is drafted and the screen is developed for data input to ensure maximum effectiveness

- Agent training sessions are held to ensure they fully understand the offer and they are provided with supporting information. Training can range from briefings lasting a few hours to several days (as the project requires)

- One Team Leader is appointed for every ten agents who constantly monitor and quality check results

- On completion a full report is presented with all the related findings, observations and recommendations for ongoing activity. A dedicated Call Centre and Account Management team will be responsible for your campaign from start to completion of the activity.
