Ensuring that we conduct business in a structured and appropriate fashion is really important to Phonetic. That’s why we take accreditations of industry bodies seriously.
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Phonetic is authorised by the FCA, number 310906. The Financial Conduct Authority regulates firms and financial advisers so that markets and financial systems remain sound, stable and resilient. The Authority also encourages transparent pricing that’s easy for everyone to understand.
Direct Marketing Association (DMA)
Phonetic is a member of the DMA. The DMA has been leading the way in direct marketing and helping the industry do better business since 1992. At the heart of it are DMA members. There are more than 1,000 of them across the UK, including agencies, list brokers and mailing houses, as well as blue-chip corporations.
Investors in People (IIP)
Phonetic achieved IIP accreditation in 2005. Investors in People specialises in transforming business performance through people. The IIP mission is to help business achieve the results they want by focusing on business objectives, and acting as a critical friend to help maintain continuous improvement.
At the heart of Investors in People is the Standard, a framework of best practice that’s outcome focused: it outlines what business needs to achieve.
